The 1990 Pop Cola Sizzlers season was the first season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
RFM Corporation, which brought the Cosmos Bottling,Inc. was one of the two expansion teams that joined the PBA as the league enters its 16th Season.
